1. Product Information
Our range includes handmade limestone pots, terracotta pots, ceramics, and art. Each limestone pot is handcrafted, making every piece unique. Variations in weight, texture, and design are natural and intentional. These pots are heavy, so ensure they suit your requirements before purchase. Our ceramics collection features unique pieces sourced from around the world. This includes both new and antique items. Antique pots/ ceramics may show signs of wear and imperfections due to their age. These imperfections are part of their character and are not considered defects. We provide detailed descriptions and images for each piece. Please review them carefully before purchase.

2. Delivery and Shipping
2.1. White Glove Delivery: A premium service offering careful handling, placement, and unpacking of your items within your home. Recommended for heavy items such as limestone pots and fragile ceramics. Available only within Sydney and 300km radius of NSW and carried out by Ute Moves exclusively.
2.2. Standard Delivery: Limestone Pots/ Terracotta Pots - items are delivered to the kerb side of the specified address without additional unpacking or placement. Recommended for smaller or less fragile items. Available for Sydney and NSW deliveries via Ute Moves and for interstate deliveries (ACT, VIC, QLD) and when arranged by Clients.

3. Delivery Locations
3.1. Sydney Deliveries: All Sydney deliveries are managed by Ute Moves. You may select either White Glove or Standard Delivery during checkout.
3.2. Interstate Deliveries: Interstate deliveries to (ACT, VIC, QLD) handled via Ute Moves For delivery to WA and SA Clients are responsible for organizing interstate deliveries. We recommend reliable couriers, but we are not responsible for damages incurred during transportation.
3.3. International Shipping : We offer international shipping only for ceramics. Other products, such as limestone and terracotta pots, cannot be shipped overseas due to their weight or fragility.

4 . Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We will keep you informed of estimated delivery times where possible.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Returns: Due to the handmade and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged during delivery. Antique ceramics with imperfections due to age are sold as-is and cannot be returned for these reasons.
5.2. Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

6. Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Product Care and Handling:
Handmade limestone pots are heavy and fragile; handle them with care and avoid dropping or placing them on uneven surfaces. Antique ceramics should be handled delicately and cleaned gently with non-abrasive materials to preserve their condition.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the improper use or handling of our products. We are not liable for damages incurred during client-organized shipping or international transit.
